Project Linus is one of our favorite places to donate! We donated ten more blankets to our local rep. some are knitted, some are quilted, and some are knotted fleece! Way to go ladies!

Today our “gardeners” completed phase 2 of our summer gardening program and created small gardens of their own to maintain during the coming month. so far their personal gardens have petunias and marigolds and we will be adding to their plantings each month with something new.

Today we released nine butterflies. Two of which were born on a resident and staff shared birthday. Our oldest resent really enjoyed the experience as did his wife and others. This makes 193 released in just into our third year. We are so proud of our resident’s continued conservation efforts to being back the Painted Lady butterfly!
