UPDATE!! Y’all filled this class up fast. The upcoming Boater Safety Certification Course is now FULL.

Because of all the interest, we’ll be putting on more classes in the future. Thanks to everyone helping keep our waterways safe this summer.

Hey Morgan County Sheriff Hooks here with a special announcement. We are collaborating with the Georgia Department of Natural Resources to bring you the Georgia boater education course. This course is offered free of charge to anyone who’s 12 years old or older and will be held right here at the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office on June 5th. If you were born on or after January 1, 1998, you must have this certification to operate a watercraft on the waterways of this state. So sign up fast as space is limited we hope to see you there.
