OHIO ORPHAN WELL LANDOWNER PASS THROUGH AGREEMENT
Wellworker LLC is a registered, bonded and insured producer in the State of Ohio. We are also a certified Orphan Well contractor for the O.D.N.R. Ohio Department of Natural Resources. Wellworker LLC also services and plugs natural gas wells in Ohio, specializing in the Ohio Shale wells that run along Lake Erie. Many of these wells were used for domestic use.
THE LANDOWNER PASS THROUGH PROGRAM will reimburse landowners that choose to plug their wells using WELLWORKER LCC as a certified plugging contractor. Please contact me to have your well assessed and I will assist you through the Landowner Pass Through Program process. This program will expedite the process rather than being put on the ODNR plugging list and the long process that takes. Working with Wellworker LLC will give you control and much quicker results if your well qualifies.

Under the Landowner Passthrough Agreement, a landowner hires a contractor to plug an orphan well under the Division of Oil and Gas’s approval and seeks reimbursement for the contractor from the Division of Oil and Gas. Pursuing a Landowner Passthrough Agreement will require a landowner to take an active role in plugging and orphan well and become a party to contract with the Division of Oil and Gas and the proposed contractor.
