Interlakes Area United Way

IAUW aims to improve the lives of people in need in Lake, Miner and Moody Counties. United Way believes everyone deserves opportunities to have a good life.

However, advancing the common good is less about helping one person at a time and more about challenging systems to help all of us. We envision a world where all individuals and families achieve their human potential through education, income stability and healthy lives. IAUW's goal is to create long-lasting changes by working together as a community towards a brighter future. Our local agency par

tners do great work every day, understanding there will always be a need for basic necessities and prevention and development programs. Through our community impact work and their continuing involvement, United Way will help create lasting change.

With terrific help from High Plains Alternative School - Chester Virtual School, it was all hands on deck to serve 237 meals at The Gathering Meal at Madison United Methodist Church. 🍽️ Always an honor to be involved in this program.
