💙 We are incredibly honored to share that Watertown Area Inter-Lakes 60’s Plus Dining has received a generous charitable gift from the Prairie Lakes Health Care Foundation.

This meaningful investment will help us continue providing nutritious meals, friendly visits, and vital support to older adults throughout the Watertown area. Gifts of this magnitude strengthen our program and help ensure local seniors can remain healthy, connected, and independent.

As the Prairie Lakes Health Care Foundation concludes its operations, its legacy of generosity and service will continue through organizations across the community. We extend our heartfelt appreciation to the Foundation’s donors, volunteers, staff, and board members for recognizing the importance of senior nutrition and for making an impact that will be felt for years to come.

❤️ NO SENIOR SHOULD GO HUNGRY.

They are our neighbors. Our parents, aunts and uncles. Our friends.

They are the teachers who taught us, the coaches who encouraged us, the 4-H leaders who volunteered their time, and the people who helped build the South Dakota communities we call home.

Each year, Inter-Lakes Community Action Partnership's Senior Nutrition Program—known in many communities as 60's Plus Dining—serves more than 200,000 meals to older South Dakotans.

For many seniors, the requested $5 contribution for a meal is simply more than they can afford.

We believe their ability to contribute should never determine whether they receive a nutritious meal.

That's why we're asking South Dakotans to help us provide 20,000 meals for seniors who need our help.

🍽️ $35 helps provide a week of meals
🍽️ $150 helps provide a month of meals

ICAP serves communities across 19 South Dakota counties, working alongside local leaders, churches, nonprofits, Feeding South Dakota, volunteers, and many other partners to reach our neighbors where they live.

Now we're asking you to become part of that partnership.

Our newest frozen meal menu begins August 3, and it's full of comfort-food favorites!

Some of this cycle's featured meals include:
🥩 Roast Beef with Mashed Potatoes & Carrots
🐟 Garlic Butter Tilapia with Baby Baker Potatoes & 4-Way Blend Vegetables
🍊 Orange Chicken with Stir-Fry Vegetables, Carrots & Rice
🦃 Turkey & Dumplings with Baby Bakers & Broccoli
🍗 BBQ Bacon Chicken with Rosemary Potatoes & Peas

Each frozen meal pack includes 7 complete meals, plus bread, milk, and fruit juice, making it easy to enjoy healthy, delicious meals whenever it's convenient.

Meal packs are available to adults 60+ throughout our 10-county service area for a suggested donation of $35.00, and SNAP is accepted.

Join us this August for delicious, nutritious meals served Monday through Friday at our dining locations. Whether you're meeting friends for lunch or trying us for the first time, we'd love to have you at the table.

Our meals are designed to provide balanced nutrition while offering a welcoming place to connect with others in your community.
