Thank you to everyone who came out Saturday for our CASA SuperHero 5K, Fun Run & Walk! Your energy, smiles, costumes, encouragement, and generosity made this year’s event one to remember! 💙

A HUGE thank you to our runners, walkers, volunteers, sponsors, superheroes, and everyone who helped make the event possible. Because of YOU, we can continue giving abused and neglected children a voice and a dedicated advocate in court. 💙

🌟 Board Member Spotlight: Wendy Mitchell 🌟

What drives someone to advocate for children in foster care? For CASA Board Member Wendy Mitchell, it comes from personal experience on both sides of the classroom desk and the foster care system.

Here is Wendy’s :

"Having stood on both sides of the classroom desk and the foster care system, I’ve seen firsthand how easily a vulnerable child's voice can get lost. Serving on the CASA board lets me use those real-world insights to make a difference, working toward a goal of every child in care having a dedicated advocate standing up for their best interests."

Together, we’re showing up, standing strong, and helping change a child’s story. 💙

We are excited to have Spilt Coffee with us tomorrow at Mahr Park!

Registration is NOW OPEN for the CASA SuperHero 5K & Walk!

This year, we're excited to unveil a NEW course at Mahr Park—and the best part? No big hill! And the Walk is a leisurely stroll from the Kayak Launch to Sunset Point and back, with lots of signs to check out about the impact CASA makes in our communities! Whether you're running, walking, or bringing the whole family, it's a fun way to support an incredible cause.

This is CASA's largest fundraiser of the year, helping provide trained volunteer advocates who give a voice to children who have experienced abuse and neglect. Every registration helps change a child's story and brings hope to children in our community.
Gather your family, friends, coworkers, or superhero squad and join us for a morning of fun, fitness, and making a difference!
