Greetings from the Belen Harvey House Museum and the Whistle Stop Cafe! We'd like to thank the City of Belen, TLC Plumbing, and Kathleen Pickering for getting the very big plumbing crisis fixed. We will OPEN for business this Wednesday, July 12th! Cafe will open at 11:00 and the Museum at noon. We are back and we're making history in Belen, New Mexico!

Thursday, 7/20 we will have our handmade French Style Spinach and Swiss Quiche all boxed up and ready to go! Our quiche is a rich custard style and can be enjoyed hot or cold. Just $14.99! All sales benefit the Belen Harvey House Museum!

Fun Library Fact: Magdalena Public Library was started in 1986 by Village Clerk Janey Gregg. It was formally established in 1993, and was certified by the state in 1998.

Today's the day! Come see international singer/actress VanAnn Moore perform as two historic New Mexican women, Doña Tules, Santa Fe's infamous gambling hall queen, and Susan Magoffin, The First Lady of the Santa Fe Trail.
