{Pursuant to the requirements of Reappraisal Act 139 of 2023 which amended 26-26-1902; Acts 440 and 836 of 1997, and Acts 1185 and 416 of 1999.} Notice is hereby given to all property owners in Columbia County that the Columbia County Assessor intends to conduct the county wide reappraisal for ad valorem tax purposes of all parcels of real estate in Columbia County starting January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2027.
