Magnolia Housing Authority is proud to support Leadership Magnolia-Columbia County, a program that helps participants learn more about our community, connect with local leaders, and grow personally and professionally.

Each year, MHA proudly sponsors one of our very own employees to participate in the program as part of our commitment to developing strong leaders and strengthening our community. He is wearing a collar but does not have a tag, so we’re unable to identify who he belongs to.

🚧 PLEASE EXCUSE OUR PROGRESS! 🚧

Magnolia Housing Authority would like to ask our residents and visitors to please excuse the current condition of our property and roadways.

We are currently undergoing sewer work, which requires portions of the roads and surrounding areas to be dug up. We understand that this may cause some inconvenience and that the property may look a little messy during this process.

At this time, we do not have an exact completion date, but crews are working diligently to complete the necessary repairs, clean up the affected areas, and reopen the roads as soon as possible.

We truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and cooperation while this important work is being completed.

Magnolia Housing Authority is currently accepting applications for two-bedroom apartments at Pine Valley Apartments!

If you are 62 years of age or older and are looking for a comfortable place to call home with your spouse or another eligible family member, we encourage you to apply!

Eligibility Requirements:
