Do you know Tigger? 👀
On Thursday, June 4, 2026, at approximately 3:40 PM, deputies with the Montgomery County Precinct 5 Constables Department, while patrolling the Villages of High Meadow Ranch observed a young male operating a street-illegal electric bicycle at a high rate of speed on Champions Drive near Sky Forest Circle. This type of vehicle is capable of speeds exceeding 50 mph.
Deputies initiated a traffic stop near Village Creek. While the possible juvenile initially complied and stopped, he subsequently ignored the deputy’s commands to dismount and fled the scene. Deputies initiated a pursuit, which ended at the Timber Village Creek cul-de-sac. The juvenile fled into a wooded area between two residences and was last seen on Sugar Bend Drive.
Suspect & Vehicle Description:
Juvenile: Male, approximately 14 to 15 years old, known in the area by the nickname “Tigger.”
Clothing: Black helmet, black T-shirt, and blue jeans.
Vehicle: Black, street-illegal E-bike capable of speeds over 50 mph. According to area residents, the juvenile resides in a neighboring community and frequently enters the area, engaging in property damage.
This reckless behavior posed a severe risk to the public, the deputies, and the juvenile himself. The Constable’s Office is seeking community assistance to identify this individual. If you have any information, please contact the Constable's Office at (281)259-6493.
