2018 Shop with a Cop was a success once again. We were able to help provide a Christmas experience for 21 great kids this year. None of it would’ve been possible if not for the gracious donors. We’d like to thank Magnolia Chick-fil-a and Walmart as our hosts and for their donations. Also thanks to Junior Officer Laney for her fundraising efforts, Quadvest, Mr Hand car wash, Tana Ross with the City of Magnolia, Las Fuentes and several MPD officers. We can’t wait for next year! 🎅🏻 👮🏼

It’s that time of year again and each year, we hope to make it better than before. If you are interested in donating, please let us know so that we can provide a memorable Christmas for as many local kids as possible.

A local family fell victim to a burglary of their residence. The house was found to have been destroyed by unknown suspects. Today the Magnolia Police Officers Association was honored to be able to help this family out. A special thank you to our Magnolia Walmart, Bi-Rite Furniture and others who donated so much. With the help from our volunteers, Magnolia Police Explorer Program, and officers we were able to clean, paint, furnish the entire house and provide a new start for this family. We love our community and most of all we love helping those who are in need. God bless each and everyone of you who helped us.

This morning, our Explorers and MPD officers helped out a local resident with her yardwork. We thank those that volunteered their time to come help someone in need. Thanks also to Palafox Landscaping for providing the equipment needed to get the job done.

We are deeply pained and words can not express the sorrow we feel at this moment. We ask that you keep the family, friends, and loved ones of Magnolia Police Officer Bill Bright in your prayers. Losing someone we love is nothing easy, we realize that we are blessed to have been able to share in his life. Although you will be deeply missed, we are grateful for all the fond memories. Rest in peace dear friend.
