Using Frank Lloyd Wright's original plans, Joe worked to bring a vision from decades earlier to life on a small island in Lake Mahopac.

Paul also shared the following “The feeling of being on that terrace is quite amazing! In a way even more powerful than Falling Water, cause there the view is encased by the trees, but at Petra it goes on expansively over the lake”
