The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Weather Watch for Bergen County through 8pm tonight. Severe thunderstorms may bring strong winds, heavy rain and hail. Residents are urged to remain weather aware during this time!

The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Watch for Bergen County beginning at midnight through 11pm Thursday 8/27. Possible heavy rains of 1-1.5 inches may cause flooding across the County, including, highways, streets with poor drainage or low lying areas. Bergen County OEM will continue to monitor this system and issue further alerts as needed!

The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Watch for Bergen County beginning at 2pm to through 2am Friday. Showers and thunderstorms will move through Bergen County this afternoon into the evening. A period of heavy rain resulting in flash flooding is possible.
