Mahwah Fire Dept Co 3 Mahwah Fire Company No. 3 operates in the Northeast area of Mahwah known as Masonicus section. Company No. 3 houses a pumper and the Fire Police Unit.

Mahwah, N.J. 07430 Fire Company No. 3, was an independent fire company operating in the Northeast area of Mahwah known as Masonicus. The township gave the Masonicus School to the Masonicus Fire Department thus incorporating it into the townships fire department in 1947. However the members waited until 1968 to

formally join the Mahwah Fire Department. They also have Air 3 SCBA Unit that is used to fill the breathing air cylinders.

A shuttle will be available from the Corporate Drive parking area to Town Hall for the festival.

🚨Busy Day for Co. 3 🚨

At 16:13 today (08/18/26), MFD Companies 1, 2, 3, 4 responded to a reported electrical fire. Crews worked to resolve the hazard and the situation is now under control.

This marks the 3rd call for Company 3 today. Thank you to our volunteers for their continued dedication.

Co. 3 was dispatched to a reported small explosion due to chemicals being mixed together across town along with Co.'s 2 and 4 as they were out of town at a mutual aid fire and weren't available to respond back. Co. 3 rolled all apparatus out and responded to the call. Units were returned shortly after arriving on scene. Great job to everyone who responded.
