Make a Difference. Change a Life. Become a RAISE Job Coach!
RAISE (Recognizing Abilities & Inclusion of Special Employees) is helping neurodiverse adults build meaningful employment skills, confidence, and independence through paid, supported work experiences.
We’re currently looking for a few caring, dependable Volunteer Job Coaches to join our team. Volunteer Job Coaches spend approximately three hours per week supporting a RAISE participant at his/her job site, helping model workplace expectations, reinforce social and job skills, and encourage success on the job. No prior experience working with the neurodiverse community is required. Training and support are provided.
If you or someone you know is patient, encouraging, and passionate about helping others reach their potential, I would love to talk with you. This is a wonderful opportunity for retirees, educators, professionals with flexible schedules, or anyone looking to make a meaningful impact in our community.
Every shift is an opportunity to witness growth, celebrate success, and help create a more inclusive community. Our participants gain confidence, skills, and independence—and our volunteers often say they receive just as much as they give.
