IMPORTANT NOTICE: We are pleased to announce that the Malmstrom Clinic, except for Dental, has safely reopened and is fully operational starting today, Thursday, Aug. 6, 2026. The water line has been repaired, and comprehensive water safety precautions have been put into place to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients and staff.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
• Medical Clinic & Pharmacy Services (OPEN): Our medical clinic and pharmacy have returned to normal operating hours. If you have a medical appointment scheduled for today, please arrive as planned. The pharmacy is fully open for prescription pickups and refills.
• Appointment Rescheduling: If your medical appointment yesterday was cancelled or converted to virtual, our staff is continuing outreach to reschedule you. You may also call the clinic appointment line at 406-731-4633.
• Dental Clinic (CLOSED): Dental staff will proactively contact all affected patients to reschedule dental visits. For dental emergencies, please call the clinic appointment line at 406-731-4633.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Temporary Closure of the Malmstrom Clinic Due to Water Main Break

Please be advised that the Malmstrom Clinic is temporarily closed today, Wednesday, August 5, 2026, due to a water main break impacting Malmstrom AFB. This closure is effective immediately and is being implemented for your safety and out of an abundance of caution.

We sincerely apologize for this unexpected disruption and any inconvenience it may cause. The safety and wellbeing of our patients and staff is our highest priority. Facilities is working diligently to restore services as quickly as possible.

Your Appointments & Care Options
Our team is actively calling patients scheduled for today to offer virtual appointments or to reschedule your visit as needed.
• Routine & Specialty Appointments: Our staff is proactively reaching out to transition your visit to a virtual appointment or reschedule.
