🏊Free Learn-to-Swim Lessons at Saratoga Spa State Park

Saratoga Spa State Park is accepting participants for its free 2026 Learn-to-Swim program at the Peerless Pool. Participants must be 5 to 10-years-old. Classes are limited to 50 participants per time slot.

➡️Session 1: July 6 to July 16: Monday to Thursday, 8am to 9am or 9am to 10am
➡️Session 2: July 20 to July 30: Monday to Thursday, 8am to 9am or 9am to 10am

Grant Cottage program & event donations help support The Friends of The Ulysses S. Grant Cottage so they may continue to preserve the story of Grant. Upcoming events at Grant Cottage include historical re-enactors, authors and book signings, historical talks and more!

Per Ordinance No. 2 of 1988, Vendors in the Town of Malta Are required to obtain a license from the Town Clerk's Office before conducting business in Town. They must carry their license and present it if asked. So, if someone comes knocking to sell a product or a service, remember - you can ask to see their Town-issued license!

Early Vote by Mail and Absentee Ballots for the 2026 Primary Election are now available. Request a Ballot online or visit our Board of Elections office during regular business hours. Applications requesting to receive a mail ballot submitted via mail or online portal must be received no later than June 13th. Voters may request a mail ballot in-person at the Board of Elections by June 22nd.

Are you new(ish) to the Town of Malta? Did you know, Malta has properties in three different school districts: Ballston Spa Central School District, Shenendehowa Central School District, and a tiny section to our north is in the Saratoga Springs School District.
This coming Tuesday, May 19, schools in New York State will be holding their budget votes and Board of Education elections. If you need information about where to vote in your district, you can find information on the school district websites. Not sure which school district you're in? The Saratoga County Board of Elections or the Malta Town Clerk's office can help.

Let's get Cynthia re-elected. There is more work to be done!

Today, I am proud to announce my campaign for re-election as Town of Malta Supervisor.

It has been the honor of a lifetime to serve the residents of Malta, and I look forward to continuing the work we have started together. Over the past two and a half years, we have accomplished a great deal for our community — strengthening our town, supporting our neighborhoods, and planning for Malta’s future.

While I’m proud of what we’ve achieved, there is still more to do to ensure Malta remains a great place to live, work, and raise a family.
