Lake Mohawk, OH (Lmpoa) Ohio's Best Kept Secret - Since 1963 Established in 1963 by the American Realty Service Corporation, Lake Mohawk is a 507 acre, man-made, spring-fed lake.

It is a private gated community comprised of 1,728 acres of property. Several clubs exist within the community including the Ski Club, Fish Club, Civic Club, Golf Club, Friends and Neighbors, Art Club and many more. AUGUST BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

The August Board of Directors meeting and proposed Budget presentation will be held on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at 7:00PM. This meeting will be held in person at the Clubhouse and via Zoom. JULY 4th INFORMATION

Both Keno Road and Lace Road gates will be opened after the fireworks to allow your guests to exit the community and reduce the traffic backup at the Main Gate. Once the majority of the traffic has cleared, the gates will be closed and resume normal operation.

IMPORTANT – ROAD CLOSURE per the Carroll County Engineers Office

On Monday, June 29th, Citrus Road between Krone Road and Route 171 will be closed from 7:30AM until 2:30PM for road repairs. Alternate route is Citrus Road, to left on Krone Road (located next to the natural gas compressor station), to right on Knight Road, to Route 171.

🇺🇸 2026 Lake Mohawk Lighted Boat Parade 🎆

Kick off Independence Day weekend with Lake Mohawk’s spectacular annual tradition of lights and music! The parade takes place on Friday, July 3, 2026. Any vessel is welcome to participate.

This Year's Theme: "America: 250 Years in the Making"

⚓ Parade Logistics
- Registration: No registration is required; just show up to participate!
- Gathering Point: Meet at the mouth of Bay 3.
- Arrival Time: Be in position by 9:20 PM.
- Start Time: Launch is between 9:30 PM and 9:45 PM once lined up.
- Lineup: Follow the Lake Patrol lead boat when instructed.
- Pace: All vessels must strictly match the speed of the Lake Patrol boat.
- Route: Travel counter-clockwise, heading deep into most bays.
- Duration: Expect the parade to last approximately 1.5 hours.

⚠️ Safety & Rules
- Distance: Maintain a safe distance from other boats and the shore.
- Formation: Stay in a straight line; do not weave.
- Lighting: Standard navigation lights and safety precautions are mandatory.
- Preparation: Bring bug spray (lights attract insects), fuel, and drinking water.
- Emergencies: If disabled, turn off decorative lights and pull out of formation.

- Main Beach, West Beach, or South Beach
- Bay 13
- Power Line Peninsula
- The Dam area (closest to the golf course clubhouse)
