Our troop draws its members from the Malvern, Paoli and West Chester areas.

Malvern Troop 7 ‘s Patrol Leaders’ Council (PLC) kicked off their first meeting of the new school year tonight! The scouts had a full agenda and covered many of the upcoming 📆 events (just to name a few):

✅ the September Troop meetings
✅ Chester County Council, BSA ‘s Cub Adventure Weekend 9/19-9/20
✅ the Fall Court of Honor

Congratulations to Cal and Walter of Malvern Troop 7 on their successful completion of NYLT this week!

Both scouts, along with a class of 5️⃣0️⃣+ participants, joined the National Youth Leadership Training course sponsored by the Cradle of Liberty Council Cradle of Liberty Council at ⛺️ Musser Scout Reservation . The course centers around the concepts of what a leader must be, know, and do - and then how to.

Congrats on this accomplishment guys! (And, thank you to the NYLT staff and adult leaders involved who made the week a success.)

Malvern Troop 7 ‘s had a outstanding and busy week at Camp Horseshoe BSA ! A few more pictures 📸 of the week’s activities…

From a joint campfire 🔥 with Troop 76G for flag 🇺🇸 retirement, to the Trailblazers headed to sleep under the stars ⭐️, the Troop having lunch at camp, and the Water Carnival (complete with synchronized swimming 🏊‍♂️ and canoeing 🛶)!

The final picture of the group marching shows a reduced crew - due to some of the Troop committed to working on their Wilderness Survival or Camping 🏕️ .

What an excellent week! (And even more pictures forthcoming over the weekend - stay tuned…)
