UPCOMING SHADY REST EAST CLOSURE!

Forest health and fuels reduction work continues around Shady Rest Park.

Starting Monday, June 22, Shady Rest Park (East) is CLOSED between Shady Rest Volleyball Courts and Shady Rest Ball Fields. This includes:
🏐 Volleyball Courts (CLOSED Mondays-Fridays)
🏀 Basketball Court (CLOSED Mondays-Fridays)
⚾ Ball Fields 1 & 2 (CLOSED Mondays-Fridays, 7am-5pm)
🚗Adjacent parking (CLOSED Mondays-Fridays, 7am-5pm)

🚧Shady Rest Park Access - Sawmill Cutoff (paved road) is now OPEN. Sawmill Road (unpaved) is now CLOSED.

⚠️Please note, the Shady Rest Disc Golf Park, Shady Rest MUPs and surrounding forest closures remain in effect.

Open Swim:
Monday- Friday: 12:00pm - 3:30pm
Saturday - Sunday: 12:00pm - 4:00pm

Lap Swim:
AM Lap Swim: Monday - Friday from 6:30am - 8:30am
PM Lap Swim: Monday - Friday 5:30pm - 7:30pm (Shared lanes with Swim Club)

We are so excited for the inaugural Sierra Summer Nights tomorrow at 4pm!

Access and Event Details:
- Parking is limited so we encourage biking or using public transportation. The town trolly and the Teal Line pick up and drop off at the park.
- Live music will kick off at 6pm
- & will be at the event with their food trucks
- will be serving root beer and root beer floats! The first 100 root beer floats are FREE thanks to !
- 20 local artist booths!
- will be selling their locally grown produce
