Project Complete! 🚑

Stafford Township Emergency Medical Services is proud to announce the completion of a project to upgrade the sign at our Main Building!

A HUGE thank you to Typestries Sign & Digital for working with us to create the perfect sign for our needs and for handling the professional installation. Your expertise and attention to detail truly made this project come together.

We also want to extend our sincere appreciation to VLW Landscaping, who generously donated their time, materials, and expertise to transform the landscaping around the sign. The finished product looks absolutely amazing!

And a special thank you to Affordable Docks & Decks LLC. for donating materials to help VLW Landscaping put the finishing touches on the project.

We are incredibly grateful to all three of these local businesses for supporting Stafford Township EMS and investing their time, talent, and resources into our organization. It’s because of community-minded businesses like these that projects like this become possible.

Today, Heaven gained one hell of an angel. ❤️‍🩹

Our deepest sympathies go out to the members of the Barnegat Fire Company, and especially to the family and loved ones of Past Chief Thomas Tansley.

Chief Tansley was a true brother and a great man who dedicated so much to his community and the fire service. His presence will be deeply missed, but his legacy will live on through the many lives he touched.

Rest easy, Chief.

Earlier this morning, Squad 38 provided an EMS standby for the Strong Grounds 5K. Despite the rainy weather, the event was a great success. A big thank you to everyone who came out and helped ensure the safety of all the participants.

🚑 WELCOME TO THE EMS FAMILY! 🚑

This morning, we conducted our New Member Orientation and had the pleasure of welcoming 8 new members to our Stafford Township EMS family!

Before being selected, each applicant participated in a half-mile walk, two minutes of CPR, lifting operations, stair chair operations, and a panel interview. We were very impressed with the group. Each applicant demonstrated great character, a willingness to learn, and qualities we believe will make them a great fit with our membership.

Their journey officially begins with a 6-month training program, where they will learn everything they need to know about our organization, our equipment, where everything is located, and how it operates. Once they complete that phase, they will begin driver training and, hopefully, move on to EMT school as they continue their journey in emergency medical services.

We are extremely grateful that these 8 individuals chose Stafford Township EMS to begin this new chapter in their lives. We are excited to watch them learn, grow, and excel as they become part of our team.
