As an Officer in Charge in the Facilities Maintenance Division, Arthur Green is the ultimate jack-of-all-trades for the WMUA. Whether he is marking sewer lines, monitoring contractor sites, or assisting homeowners, Arthur uses his decades of public service experience to ensure every utility issue is resolved. He takes great pride in providing excellent customer service and making residents feel heard.

Off the clock, Arthur is a lifelong Monmouth County resident, the fire chief in the City of Long Branch, and a passionate history buff who serves as President of the West Long Branch Historical Society.
