NEW JERSEY Supreme Court Ruling
VOTE BY MAIL Status Update
In response to the current Supreme Court decision, New Jersey is currently in litigation with the federal government and at this time no one knows exactly what the outcome will be.
If you are NOT comfortable receiving a Vote By Mail ballot, you may OPT OUT!!!
If you wish to cast your ballot on a voting machine in the General Election, you must complete and submit a vote-by-mail opt-out form by email, regular mail or in person no later than Monday, August 31! 🗓️
