It has been 12 years today that MacDaddy was taken from us to join Heavens chapter of riders. His memory lives on within all of us who were touched by his presence.

From Ashley McDonald,

This Friday marks 11 years since we lost our incredible Dad, Battalion Chief John McDonald. 💔

We’ll be gathering for a wreath-laying ceremony to honor his memory, his service, and the legacy he left behind — not just as a firefighter, and Navy Vet, but as a father, a leader, a man who gave his all and alwaysss made us laugh!

If you’re able to join us, we’d love to have you there as we remember him together. ❤️

Mr Subtle from station 178 Rochester New York came down to visit a friend and made a stop to visit with me at my Volunteer station. We had a really good visit.
