The Manassas Rotary Foundation has been awarding scholarships to local high school graduates for over 20 years. The Louis Maroon Memorial Scholarships are awarded based on academic excellence, extracurricular activities and community service. On Wednesday, June 3, the four winners of the 2026 scholarships were recognized at a regular meeting of the Rotary Club of Manassas. The winner from Osbourn Park High School was Ikemdinachi Felix-Ugorji who will be attending University of Maryland. Noah Nicoletti, from Osbourn High School, will be attending UNC. The recipient from Unity Reed High School was Owen Bukva who will attend VCU. Bethlehem Tekle won the scholarship for Manassas Park High School and will further her education at JMU.

Congratulations to Amelia Breeden, one of the Jennie Dean Memorial CTE Scholarship recipients! 🎓

Amelia graduated from OHS and will be attending the University of Virginia in the Kinesiology program. Through the Health Science CTE pathway, she discovered her passion and future career path in healthcare.

Amelia has a strong history of serving her community and stepping into leadership roles, making her a perfect fit for this scholarship. We are so proud of her accomplishments and excited to see all she will achieve in the future!

The Rotary wheelchair team arrive to Honduras. Rotarians from 5 clubs of the district 7610, 7620, 7570 and 6890 to spend a week in Honduras to deliver 260 wheelchair across the area! What an amazing week we will have!
