CFH CFH programs offer housing stability for people with low or moderate incomes in Northern Virginia. CFH was founded by a group of Catholic Laity and Fr.

Gerard Creedon in 1979 in response to the Catholic Bishops’ letter, “A Right to a Decent Home”. Today, CFH is governed by a board of Directors and receives technical support from an Advisory Board. CFH currently provides housing options on a non-discriminatory basis throughout Northern Virginia:

v Affordable Homeownership Initiatives
v Affordable Rental Programs
v Senior Rental Assistance
v Security Deposit Assistance
v Collaborative efforts for Education and Advocacy

CFH has an Executive Director and Program Manager to administer the CFH programs.
