We are looking for 16-year-old white male Joseph James Fullinwider . He left his residence near Stonewall Park and Pool at around 12:15PM heading in an unknown direction of travel. He was wearing a blue baseball tournament shirt, dark colored shorts and black Yeezy slides. He is missing under apparently voluntary circumstances. Three individuals were involved in this incident; one remains unidentified and another is currently wanted by law enforcement. The Manassas City Police Department offers the opportunity for individuals to ride-along with a police officer during a normal tour of duty, and experience an officer’s day-to-day duties and responsibilities. Criminal justice students, and those interested in a career in law enforcement, have found it particularly useful. The Ride-Along program fosters a better understanding of the challenges, hazards and rewards of a police officer’s role in the community.

You must complete an application AND waiver to be considered.

Some requirements include that you must be 15 or older to be considered (anyone under 18 must have a parent or guardian fill out the juvenile wavier) // the request must be at least two weeks from the application date (do not fill out the application to take a ride along the day of) // fill out the entire application AND wavier to be considered // Every application is based on the supervisor approval
