The Manchester VT Fire Department is responsible for providing fire protection, emergency response and safety services to the Town of Manchester, VT, its residents, and visitors. In the event of an emergency please dial 802-362-2121 (locally) or 911. The messages feature should never be used to report an emergency.

Save the date we will be holding a 9/11 memorial service at the town green on depot street at 10am. All are encouraged to attend the ceremony.

2 youth were found by MFD RESCUE and returned to their parents. All are safe and sound!

LYE BROOK FALLS RESCUE - 6:30 PM
Incident command: rescue is complete. Hiker/patient being transported to Landing Zone by Northshire Rescue Squad.

All MFD Fire and Rescue back in station and in service.

This morning, at approximately 3 AM, the Manchester Fire Department assisted the Arlington Fire Department with a woods rescue near Bourn Pond. Five members of the Manchester Fire Department responded to the call and were back in service by 7:30 AM.
