On April 29, 2026, Manchester Police officers arrested David Arnett in connection with a firearm reported stolen from a vehicle within the city limits of Manchester. Following the investigation, Arnett was charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking – Firearm.

Sgt. Derick Carr served as the arresting officer and was assisted by Assistant Chief Dodson and Officer Jared Smith.

The Manchester Police Department remains committed to protecting our community and holding individuals accountable for criminal activity.
