The Spruce Street Community Garden is a project of the Town of Manchester's Neighborhood and Families Division, and is located at the Eastside Neighborhood Resource Center, 153 Spruce Street. A urban gardening oasis located in the heart of Manchester with the mission to provide equitable food access for all. We are a collective of green-minded individuals that are helping to grow great things within our community. No need to be a master gardener to join in on the fun---We have programs and spaces that are meant to reach all ages and abilities. Our mission is to create vibrant, safe, and equitable spaces within our parks for individuals to learn and practice growing their own food. Our garden consists of 28 framed raised beds, all of which are 4 feet wide by 8 feet long by 3 feet high, 3 bin composting system, water harvesting system and a stable footpath.
