Celebrating 45 Incredible Years — Thank You, Lauren! 🎉
At our recent Colleague Longevity Ceremony, we had the honor of recognizing Lauren Mcconville for an extraordinary 45 years of service with Manchester Memorial Hospital.
Lauren’s journey is nothing short of inspiring. Beginning as a part-time registrar while raising her young family, she grew into a respected leader — serving as a Team Leader, Supervisor, Manager, and Operations Specialist. Throughout her career, she helped lead system transformations, mentored countless colleagues, and made lasting contributions to Patient Access and revenue cycle operations.
Even after retiring, Lauren’s dedication never wavered — continuing to step in and support teams when they needed her most.
But beyond her professional accomplishments, Lauren is cherished for who she is: kind, supportive, and deeply valued by all. A mentor, a cheerleader, and someone who makes everyone feel seen and appreciated.
Lauren’s legacy is not only in what she achieved, but in the countless lives she’s touched along the way.
