Ocean Ride Transportation Services The transportation system has grown to meet the needs of our rapidly growing region. The Ocean Ride transportation system includes two major services.

The Ocean County Board of Chosen Freeholders is dedicated to continuing a financially sustainable transportation service for all Ocean County residents. The Ocean Ride transportation system currently includes 11 bus routes that operate throughout Ocean County. The routes are designed to connect key residential areas with popular destinations such as local governmental facilities, healthcare, shopp

ing, employment, social services, and other transit connections. The bus routes operate on a fixed schedule, making it easy for you to plan your trip! The Reserve-A-Ride Program and local bus routes. Reserve-A-Ride provides door-to-door, non-emergency medical transportation service to seniors (age 60 and over) and persons with disabilities. This service is offered by advanced registration basis primarily to destinations within Ocean County. Registration is required. Hours of Operation:
Monday through Friday Only: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pick-Up and Drop-Off Times: 9:15 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (Last pick-up)

Transportation Services does not operate:
