As I get older, I realize more and more how much of your strength lives inside of me.

Turning 40 on Mother’s Day this year feels deeper than a birthday.

I look at this picture and see the little girl in me who had no idea how hard we’d have to fight to become this version of ourselves. A better woman. A better mother. A better daughter. A softer soul without losing our strength☪️

I’ve loved hard, stayed too long at times, carried pain quietly, and still kept going. Even in uncertainty, we survived.

This picture isn’t just about turning 40.
It’s about looking at my inner child and realizing… we made it.

And for the first time in a long time, I’m truly proud of the woman we became❣️
