Clay Community Foundations, LLC CCF supports, encourages, and assist individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities

Clay Community Foundations, LLC is dedicated to providing supports and services to individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities to live their lives to the fullest, while creating an atmosphere that encourages and motivates individuals toward personal growth. As a certified provider for Supports for Community Living (SCL) and Michelle P Waiver (MPW) programs, we strive to offer a community that promotes self-respect, independence, and improves the quality of life for all individuals. Our goal is to meet the social, physical, mental, recreational, educational, and vocational needs of all individuals we support. We provide a high quality of supports and a safe and comfortable environment at our facility and residences. At CCF we are committed to improving tomorrow for those with additional challenges to everyday life. Our Day Training facility is conveniently located in Manchester, Kentucky. Our Day Training facility is large enough for the participants to be active and to participate in a variety of activities to foster growth. Our training programs are designed to cultivate a variety of skills, including: communication, making personal choices, domestic skills, developing hobbies and interests, and developing basic work skills. All activities are individually-designed to meet the needs of each individual.
