The Manchester Community Services Council (MSCS) is dedicated to supporting community alliances that remove barriers to human services as a critical component for enhancing the quality of life for all Manche
ster residents. Founded in 1972, MCSC is comprised of dedicated individuals and organizations who meet nine times a year to:
Identify and discuss social service needs
Hear presentations by local experts
Network with like-minded peers and community members
Support scholarships for higher education like:

Membership is $25.00 for individuals and $40.00 for agencies. You may obtain a membership form by visiting our website
