The Planning Board will hold a public forum on Wednesday, June 17 at 6:30 PM at Town Hall on the Housing Production Plan, which revised every 5 years. The consultant and Board will hear feedback on what residents feel the housing needs are in Manchester.

Central Street Culvert Update:
The Town has received preliminary notification that FEMA has approved an extension request for the BRIC Grant (Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities) extending it to August 1, 2028. A new contract from FEMA will be received and signed in the coming weeks.

A project start date, timeline, and cost will be known once final state permitting is received. More to come.
