End of Year BBQ & Early Release Reminder!

We're excited to celebrate the end of another great school year with our End of Year BBQ tomorrow beginning at 11:15AM! Elementary students will enjoy lunch first, followed by our secondary studetns. Parents and family are welcome and lunch will cost $5.25 per adult.

Please remember that school will dismiss early at 1:00PM. Buses will run their normal routes and will depart the school at 1:15PM.

We look forward to a fun afternoon celebrating our students and staff!

Little Visions, Big Creations was a beautiful reminder of what community can look like.

It was filled with creativity, connection, laughter, music, generosity, and so much love for children and learning.

Thank you to the local artists who helped bring children’s ideas to life through their artwork.

Thank you to the businesses, donors, and community partners who supported this event through sponsorships, donations, food, music, and encouragement.

Thank you to our volunteers, staff, and families who spent countless hours planning, creating, setting up, organizing, welcoming guests, running stations, and cleaning up afterward.

And thank you to everyone who attended, bid on artwork, shared conversations, and helped celebrate the incredible thinking and creativity of young children.

At MELC, we believe children’s ideas matter. This event reflected that so beautifully.

We are deeply grateful to be part of a community that continues to support relationship-based, play-centered early learning.

After seeing our staff shirts, many families asked if they could order some too, so we decided to open a community sale.

At MELC, we believe in play, connection, belonging, and joyful learning, and now you can wear that spirit with us.

Proceeds will help support meaningful experiences and materials for our students.
