🚒🏅 BIG NEWS from Mandeville Fire/EMS!
Last week, we had the honor of welcoming the Center for Public Safety Excellence (CPSE) peer assessment team to our community for our re-accreditation site visit, and we are proud to share that the results were outstanding!
The peer assessment team came to Mandeville with one mission: to verify that our walk matches our talk. After a thorough review of our operations, personnel, and standards... it does. ✅
Based on their satisfactory findings, we have officially been recommended by the peer assessment team to appear before the full CPSE Accreditation Commission in August!
You may be asking, "This is great, but what does it mean for ME?"
Here's what it means: Only 7% of the U.S. population is protected by a Class 1 & Internationally Accredited Fire Department. 🇺🇸
That means YOU, the residents and visitors of Mandeville, are in an elite class. You are served by a department that doesn't just meet the standard... we set it.
This re-accreditation process is one of many steps we take to ensure that when you need us most, we are ready, trained, and operating at the highest level possible.
