Benny Blain was taken into custody in McAlester, Ok. this evening by the McAlester Police Department. He is currently awaiting transport back to Greer County.

If you see this individual call the Sheriff’s Office or leave a tip on the website if you know his whereabouts.

All jurors that appeared on May 11 for jury duty, checks can be picked up at the court clerk’s office. M-F 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Our office will mail checks on Monday August 3rd. Thank you fo your service.
