Delivering Change-Riley County Perinatal Coalition Delivering Change: Healthy Moms-Healthy Babies a non profit project of the local Riley County Perinatal Coalition.

Delivering Change is a non-profit project of the local Riley County Perinatal Coalition, made up of individuals and organizations that impact the health of mothers and their infants in Riley and Pottawatomie Counties. This exciting project was created in response to a growing need for improved access to healthcare, improved health of women of childbearing age, and improved outcomes for the infants

born in our community. Delivering Change creates a community-wide collaboration that aims to increase or improve the tools necessary for improving maternal health and decreasing infant morbidity and mortality.
