most within reach. In winter, the valley is surrounded by snow laden mountains, providing breath taking views. A multitude of wild animals including deer, antelope, rabbit, fox, bobcat, and the occasional mountain lion, share Manila with the local population. Whatever you desire in outdoor adventure, you are bound to find it here with cedar, juniper, aspen and pine laden mountains rising to the south, and scenic desert formations rising to the north. Tucked comfortably against the hillsides, Manila rests on a valley which quietly overlooks the immense beauty of the Flaming Gorge Reservoir.

With our new site, we would love for community members and visitors to share photos they have taken around the Town of Manila and Flaming Gorge. Whether it’s the Town, lake, fishing, camping, hiking, wildlife, or scenery, we would love to see your pictures!
