After Thor’s birthday on the 24th I’m going to slowly start releasing pages of the police report.
I want you all to see how the state of California let this woman murder my son and walk away like nothing ever happened and he didn’t even exist. The police did everything they needed to do and handed over a taped confession on a silver platter and the DIstrict Attorneys office basically threw it in the trash.
All the promises of the case being over before it even started and the help they never provided, the trial ended and so did their requirements to help us. They put things off because they knew if they procrastinated long enough that they’d no longer have to take care of us. We were treated like we were just witnesses and nothing more.
The help they promised to get my daughter, never happened.
You’re just a number and when the case is over you’re dead to them. Nothing they could do for you would help get them promoted so you’re SOL.
If anyone knows how to help me to get the Fairfield PD to release the confession tape please let me know. As of now I’m still being told it’s not required to be released as part of a public records request so they’re not giving it to me.
I know it can be done and everyone should see it and look at the person who they let get away with murder.

In honor of what would be Thor's 5th birthday on July 24th, we're raising money to benefit Living Planet Inc (Loveland Living Planet Aquarium). The aquarium is located in Draper, Utah and it's Mila's favorite place to go and relax. Mila chose the aquarium because she gets to go relax, learn, and she gets to touch and watch the sharks. Sorry there hasn’t been any updates or new information posted. I have been blocked from posting and messaging on this account because Thor’s pictures were reported as child nudity. I’m trying to figure out how to add team members/admins so there isn’t only one account running the page but the pages don’t work like the groups do. If anyone does know how to do this and wants to let me know it would be greatly appreciated.

This is what a Fairfield PD Detective wrote after the case was closed. I will invite him in here and see if he wants to say something but I won't publicly blast his social media. I don't remember much about Detective ********** but I'll always remember his face in my dreams. Share this and let the world see that this isn't just one side being ungrateful of the court results and that there is a huge problem in the system. We were told by 5 different District Attorneys that the case was a "shoe in" and there was no way she would go free. Well, there was a way and she went free. Juror 7 fought for us and knew it was the right thing to do in the heart but the other 11 jurors knew the law said let the guilty woman free. SPEAK UP JURORS AND lET'S WORK TOGETHER AND GET THIS LAW CHANGED TO KEEP THESE MURDERERS OFF THE STREETS!

Sometimes it's easy to get lost in the hate when you're already so lost in the sadness and pain. With this page, when someone receives a random act of kindness in Thor's honor, hopefully, they will find their way here.
