All day parking for 5 bucks.

The City of Manitou Springs is opening the Dillon Mobility Hub, a new satellite parking facility located at 134 Manitou Avenue. Designed to reduce downtown congestion, improve visitor mobility, and support Manitou Incline hikers, Pikes Peak Cog Railway riders.

The Dillon Mobility Hub will serve as the primary paid parking location for visitors planning to explore Manitou Springs or hike the Incline. The lot includes 91 parking spaces (four ADA-accessible) and a PikeRide bike share station. The flat parking fee is $5 per day. No overnight parking is permitted.

The current layout is a temporary design. A future project phase will implement the final hub design, with expanded mobility amenities. Portable restrooms are available while renovations to the historic Brick Building and Duplex are underway. Once completed in fall 2025, the buildings will house public restrooms and space for the City’s Parking and Mobility Division.

Shuttle Service Details:
- Route 3: Dillon to Hiawatha Lot, free fares June 1–August 31, 2025
- Riders return via Manitou Ave & Beckers Lane stop, then walk ½ block west to the lot
- Route 33: Free shuttle to Incline Trailhead
- Route 36: Free Manitou Avenue Circulator, connects Dillon and Hiawatha lots

The City of Manitou Springs is opening the Dillon Mobility Hub, a new satellite parking facility located at 134 Manitou Avenue. Designed to reduce downtown congestion, improve visitor mobility, and support Manitou Incline hikers, Pikes Peak Cog Railway riders, and all Manitou Springs guests, the site will officially open with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Monday, June 16 from 7 to 8 a.m. Media are asked to arrive by 6:30 a.m.

The property, formerly the historic Dillon Motel, was purchased in two phases between November 2023 and early 2024 using Parking Enterprise Funds. These funds, generated from parking fees and citations, are reinvested into transportation-related improvements citywide.

The Dillon Mobility Hub will serve as the primary paid parking location for visitors planning to explore Manitou Springs or hike the Incline.
