The Manitowoc County Small Animal Committee will be demonstrating and practicing showmanship of poultry and rabbits. Please bring your own rabbit or poultry for practice. This is a hands-on event, and one of only two left before the county fair.
It will take place at the Manitowoc County Expo, June 27th and July 25th from 9am-11am.
It is free for all 4-H Members and families.
Reminder to any 4-H member planning on showing a poultry or rabbit, you need to attend two poultry or rabbit educational meetings to show at the Manitowoc County Fair.

🍀 We are looking for Arts Camp Youth Counselors for Arts Camp 2026!

If you are in grades 9-13, love the arts and have an interest in developing your leadership skills in a camp setting, apply now to be an Arts Camp counselor!

📅 Required days are August 21-23 for planning weekend and October 2-4 for Arts Camp. Planning weekend and Arts Camp will be held at Upham Woods in Wisconsin Dells

Youth Leadership Team fees are $150.

Join the Manitowoc County 4‑H AmeriCorps members for a summer of hands-on discovery at the Two Rivers Public Library.

On June 17, at 2:00 pm, they’ll explore above the soil, learning about pollinators and flowers.

On July 22, at 2:00 pm, they’ll dive below the soil to uncover the secrets of dirt and roots.

Then on August 5, at 2:00 pm, they’ll journey even deeper underground to discover and learn about dinosaurs, fossils, and rocks.

This summer lineup is open to school‑aged children, with younger explorers welcome when accompanied by a grown‑up sidekick. Come ready to get messy with hands‑on explorations, art & crafts, and more!

Saturday, June 27, from 9am-11am - Manitowoc County Fairgrounds – 4921 Expo Dr, Manitowoc, WI 54220

PULLORUM TESTING by the Manitowoc County Poultry & Rabbit Committee PULLORUM Testing – All poultry except pigeons must be certified Pullorum-Typhoid free.

Exhibitors must have proof that their birds are pullorum free when bringing them in on entry day at the Manitowoc County Fair. Exhibitor must also submit a copy for permanent record.

Anyone not having proof of testing cannot bring birds into the fair.

This is a federal law. No testing will be done at fair. There will be no fee charged for Junior Fair Exhibitors. Please Note: The Poultry and Rabbit committee and Manitowoc County Expo are not responsible for testing outside of the specified dates and times listed above. Must bring premise ID number on testing dates
