PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Pompey will hold a Public Hearing followed by the Regular Town Board Monthly Meeting on December 9, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., at the Pompey Town Hall, 8354 U.S. Route 20, Pompey, New York, to consider a zone change at 7420 US Route 20 from Commercial to Residential. At said time and place all persons desiring to
be heard will be heard.

Town Justices (2): $13,000.00 each
Town Board members (4): $4,705.00 each
