Manning Police Department Law Enforcement

05/22/2026

Following an investigation into multiple vehicle thefts throughout Carroll County, a variety of stolen items were recovered by law enforcement.

If you believe property belonging to you may have been stolen and have not yet reported it, please contact the Manning Police Department or your local law enforcement agency.

We ask for patience as Carroll County Sheriff’s Office and other agencies work to organize and identify the recovered property with victims. This process takes time to ensure items are properly documented and returned to their rightful owners as quickly and accurately as possible.
