Paxville Community Development Corporation The Paxville Community Development Corporation (PCDC) was founded March 5, 1999 in Paxville, SC. It has provided hot meals to seniors citizens.

The PCDC has partnered with a number of organizations that have committed to the overall development of its citizens at large, among which are Save the Children, the National and Community Service Foster Grandparent Program, and the Raise-A-Reader program. It has also participated with a Food Pantry Program which provides food to members of the community monthly. The PCDChas also been involved in

after school programs, work experience programs, G.E.D. programs, adoption of seniors in nursing facilities, and has provided door-to-door pickup for seniors. The Center is available for rental space to outside participants.

The PCDC is a valued member of the community which has provided services to children and elders in the community since 1999. The facility has withstood the pounding of the 1000-year flood as well as hurricane Matthew. She has earned well-deserved facelift. With the help of volunteers from the community, a few ours of dedicated work to include pressure-washing, landscaping, raking and mowing, the PCDC can get her facelift and once again shine.

The time slot scheduled for Project Facelift is from 9:00 am until 1:00 PM on February 25, 2017. Please plan to join us this morning and bring your friends to make a huge impact in our small community!
