With the cool weather we’ve been having lately here’s a quick reminder. Please do NOT plug space heaters into extension cords!

Plug them directly into the wall outlet!!!

Extension cords/ Power strips are not able to handle the high current flow that a space heater can put out and can overheat causing a fire.

I cannot stress this enough. There’s been many of fires I’ve been to during the winter time due to the cause of an extension cord overheating.
