DeSoto Parish juror questionnaires were mailed out this week. If you received one and need assistance, please reach out to the Clerk of Court's Office.
JUROR QUALIFICTION QUESTIONNAIRES:
Potential juror questionnaires went out from our office this week. We have received several phone calls and questions about these.
1. Yes, these are legitimate and from our office.
2. If you have any concerns on the legitimacy of anything from our office, please call us at 318-872-3110.
3. If you have trouble using and/or accessing our online jury portal or would like a printed copy of the questionnaire, please contact our office at 318-872-3110 or [email protected] for assistance.
4. You may visit jury.desotoparishclerk.org directly and enter your juror number, electronic signature, and date of birth to complete your questionnaire. Please carefully review your responses for accuracy, including the correct address and phone number.
5. You do not need to appear in Court if you complete the questionnaire online; however, you must complete the questionnaire by August 19, 2026.
6. If you fail to complete the questionnaire by August 19th, then you will be subpoenaed to appear before the Judge to provide the information.
Jury service is a civic responsibility, just as important as voting. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that all civil and criminal court participants have jurors that are a fair cross-section of our wonderful DeSoto Parish populace.
