The Mansfield City School District Peace on My Block Community Festival was a free event that welcomed all Mansfield students in kindergarten through eighth grade, regardless of school affiliation. Families enjoyed a wide range of activities, including a petting zoo, bouncy houses, face painting, and an air jumper. Local law enforcement agencies participated as well, offering a hands on “touch a truck” experience featuring specialized equipment, a fire truck, and a SWAT vehicle. Food trucks lined the area, giving families plenty of dining options throughout the evening.

Come out and enjoy the Third Annual Peace on My Block Community Festival in Mansfield from 5:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at Arlin Field. The FREE family event features food trucks, bouncy houses, the U.S. Army Golden Knights, and a massive fireworks display.

Join Richland County Children Services (RCCS) at the Mansfield City School District Peace on My Block Festival on Friday, May 29 from 5 to 9:30 p.m. at Arlin Field. This family friendly event will feature activities for all ages, including a petting zoo, bouncy houses, face painting, an air jumper, and a children’s “touch a truck” area with fire and SWAT vehicles. A highlight of the evening will be a performance by the U.S. Army Golden Knights Parachute Team at approximately 7:30 p.m., followed by a meet and greet in the east end zone. Teana Sykes will perform the National Anthem at 7 p.m., and the night will conclude with a fireworks show by Northeast Pyrotechnics.
